I recently held someone say, "decisions are the lifeblood of an organisation". As I listened to that I couldn't help but thinking that if they had a proper knowledge management framework in place then the lifeblood would flow better but also it may actually be the correct blood that was flowing around to the correct organs at the correct time in the correct quantities.
